Martin Olin Andersen
Born 1969, MSc, E*MBA (SIMI), Partner and Investment Director

Andersen started his career in 1989 as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse, working with auditing and management consulting with the focus on medium to large companies. In 1996, he joined Novo Nordisk A/S, Corporate Finance (Denmark), as a manager responsible for cost accounting and management reporting for the enzyme business worldwide. During his time with Corporate Finance, he participated in the restructuring of the production process, the implementation of new global IT solutions, activity-based costing and divestment activities.

From 1998 to 2000, Andersen was Finance Director for Europe, the Middle East & Africa, based in Paris (France), and was responsible for finances, legal and IT in the region. During his time in Paris, Andersen implemented a new sales reporting system and was given responsibility for the central customer service function and managed 45 people in more than 12 different countries.
Andersen joined Medicon Valley Capital in April 2000 as Investment Manager and CFO.

Andersen has broad-based international experience and a network made up of strong financial and legal skills and expertise.

Olin Andersen is chairman of MILLiMED Holdings Inc and he is board member of Light Sciences Oncology Inc, PreciSense A/S, Sophion Bioscience A/S and Symphogen A/S.
